Reservations
are highly recommended April through December, especially for
weekends. Check our
Availability Calendar
to see if your room and dates are available.
Payment:
Payment is due in full upon your arrival. If booking all three
guest rooms, payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard), personal check or cash are
accepted. Room rates do not include the state and local hotel
taxes (add another 11%).
Cancellation
Policy: As a small family owned-inn, cancellations affect
us dearly. Should your plans change, please call us as soon as
possible. If reservations are cancelled 15 days prior to your
scheduled visit, there will be no charge. Cancellations with less
than 15 days notice will be charged the room rate unless the room
is re-booked. If you have booked 3 rooms or for reservations during
festival events or holidays, 30 days cancellation notice is required.
If less notice is given, the room rates will be charged for rooms
that cannot be re-booked. “No-shows” will be charged
for the entire amount of the reservation.
Children:
Because most of our guests are couples on a getaway or celebrating
an anniversary, we no longer accept reservations from families
accompanied by children under ten years old. If you wish to book
all three guest rooms for your family, we can accommodate children
in your party. Please call us at 309-927-3506 to make your reservation.

Arrival
and Departure: Check-in is between 3-6 pm unless prior
arrangements have been made. Please call us (309-927-3506) if
your arrival time will be outside those hours or if you get delayed
in your travel. We like to be here to greet our guests, but sometimes
we have plans too. Checkout is 11 am. Late checkouts are subject
to an additional charge.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted at the inn or on the property. A cleaning
fee of $250 will be assessed for any smoking odors in a guest
room.
